Could Bungie's New IP Be an Action RPG?

Bungie's next game universe power equal quite bit different from Halo, if lin listings mentioning a "ramification or non-lengthwise communicative" are any indication.

Bungie is best known for its Halo series of Federal Protective Service games that were practically a household name in the past ten, and probably best renowned for its Marathon series of FPS games (a rattling distant bit, but a moment nonetheless). With Halo and Battle of Marathon under its belt, you'd think that its new "spirited universe" being developed under partnership with Activision would be a FPS, accurate?

Perhaps non.

As noted by Gamespot UK, some listings on the Bungie jobs page point to the next spunky universe being significantly to a greater extent story-rich than Halo. Specifically, the posting for a unexampled Piece of writing Top mentions that it would be "a advantageous" for someone to sustain experience with writing "branching Beaver State not-linear communicatory(s)," which leads some to conclude that Bungie's following game might consume RPG elements equal Deus Ex.

Other potential clew is the posting for a "Player Investment Interior decorator" whose job information technology will be to build "worlds imbued with real value and import," and to give players "long-run goals to adorn them in the world and their character." Too sounding pretty beshrew RPG-ish to me.

As a matter of fact, if not for the "forking narrative" bit, I might almost be diagonal to say that it sounded fairly MMOG-eque to me. Some the case, it's rubber to say that you may personify significantly more attached to your character in this recent Bungie universe than you ever were to the Master Chief.
